Last night, the first Yace Booking showcase at Sugar City took place, and hopefully, it was not the last. The show set off with a quick set from touring pop punk act Rational Anthem, followed by a raucous set from local garage rock act Kharlos. Mallwalkers then took the stage to showcase their unique brand of danceable funk-punk. Finally, on tour for their latest release, Why’d I Have to Get so High?, Shellshag ripped through their set, no doubt winning the crowd over by the end of the evening.
