Four-piece alt rock band Parker’s Back’s zesty single “Be Mine” knows how to give a compliment and still pack a punch. Staying true to some indie/punk influence, the band confesses affection with grungy guitar lines and wailing vocals. They manage to wear their hearts on their sleeves and come out sounding too cool to care. The track’s span of under 2 minutes keeps things short and sweet, while supplying as much energy as a 5-minute rager.
